I'm Sheila Cormier — a technology executive with 27+ years of experience driving digital transformation, leading high-performance engineering teams, and aligning technology strategy with business growth.

Currently, I serve as Director of Web Development at The Digital Intellect, an INC5000-recognized boutique digital agency based in West Palm Beach, Florida. I lead a multidisciplinary team of seven, overseeing everything from engineering strategy and AI workflow adoption to QA frameworks, client delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, SEO, Content, and Account Management.

My career has taken me from designing and launching 150+ websites in the early days of the internet, to architecting enterprise web-to-print platforms that saved clients over $1 million — including Florida Power & Light, Raymond James, BurgerFi, and Bluegreen — to leading technology operations at one of the fastest-growing digital agencies in the country.
